Kuni Westside Infiniti - Infiniti Roadside Assistance Enhancements

Infiniti's partnership with Cross Country Automotive Services (CCAS) provides outstanding and professional Roadsnfiniti's partnership with Cross Country Automotive Services (CCAS) provides outstanding and professional Roadside Assistance services to our clients. We are pleased to announce two new aspects of the program, VINpoint and Closed Loop Notification, which are designed to reduce wait time and increase convenience.

VINpoint
VINpoint was developed to quickly and accurately locate a stranded motorist in order to secure roadside service. Clients calling from a Sprint, Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile cell phone can be located using GPS and cell tower triangulation. Land line clients are located by linking to their home or business address.

Closed Loop Notification
Roadside Assistance currently performs a follow-up phone call called Closed Loop Notification. While waiting for Roadside Assistance, the client is called with Service Provider information and estimated time of arrival. Clients now will be asked for their follow-up communication preference, and can choose text, email or phone.
