Excellent customer experience. I am the type of personality that dreads time at the car dealership since most dealers tend to be high-pressure, overbearing situations. Kuni is exactly what a car buying experience should be. Very friendly staff, informative and willing to do the little extras for you. Very candid conversations about price and their revenue model. They're not interested in having you as a one-time customer but rather would prefer to keep you satisfied with their service and keep you as a life-long customer...something all businesses should strive for. Will and already have recommended for friends and family.
